Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• In order to receive the package price all elements of the package need to be taken in one session, if the treatments are split up the package price will not be applied.
• We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment is due to start.
• If you are pregnant (second and third trimester) the massage can be changed to a pregnancy massage. Massage however is not recommended in your first trimester.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your treatment and no-shows will be charged in full.
• Access to the facilities is not included with this package.
• This voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use.
