Kindly notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival.

Voucher will be packaged and delivered by mail.

In order to receive the package price all elements of the package need to be taken in one session, if the treatments are split up the package price will not be applied.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment is due to start.
If you are pregnant (second and third trimester) the massage can be changed to a pregnancy massage. Massage however is not recommended in your first trimester.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your treatment and no-shows will be charged in full.
Access to the facilities is not included with this package.
This voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use.
