Led by Jannette Bloom, this enriching workshop invites you to explore the synergy between mind and body amidst the beauty of our wild meadows. Conclude your practice with a serene, guided meditation, allowing yourself to fully absorb the serenity of the natural surroundings.

10.45 - 12.15pm | Restorative yoga session
