Practising in the warmth and calm of our indoor space, Jannette will guide you through yoga asana to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance, before moving into soothing breathwork and powerful visualisation. Surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere, you’ll anchor through the breath, clear mental clutter, and cultivate inner calm, confidence, and focus.
Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing one-course lunch with a soft drink.
