Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Valid exclusively for the Festive Jazz Sunday Lunch at Retreat East on 13th December 2026. You may book a table between 12pm and 4pm. Each voucher is valid for one guest; the number of vouchers purchased must match the number of guests attending.

A pre-order will be required for all guests. Menus will be shared in early November, with menu choices required no later than one week before the event.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used against any other experience, stay or event. Please advise us of any dietary requirements when submitting your pre-order.
