Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All dietary requirements and allergies must be provided to Retreat East by 10th November 2026; we cannot guarantee that requirements received after this date can be accommodated. Bottomless Beaujolais is available to guests aged 18 and over only and valid identification may be required. Tickets are valid exclusively for the Beaujolais Brunch on Friday 20th November 2026 and cannot be exchanged for another event, experience or monetary value. Retreat East reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the menu, wines or event format where necessary.
