Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Terms & Conditions

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Requests to change your booked date must be made at least four weeks (28 days) before your scheduled experience. Date changes may be permitted at the discretion of the Retreat East team and are subject to availability. Requests received within four weeks of your booked date cannot be accommodated.

In the event that Retreat East cancels an experience, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or a place on an alternative available date.

Guests must wear trousers and closed-toe footwear and avoid strong perfumes. Protective beekeeping clothing will be provided. This experience is not suitable for anyone with a bee allergy.
