Unwind in the peaceful surroundings of Retreat East’s wildflower-filled grounds as you reconnect with nature and yourself. Led by the wonderful Jannette Bloom, this uplifting outdoor session focuses on the connection between mind and body through mindful movement.
Practising in the fresh open air, Jannette will guide you through yoga asana to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance, before moving into calming breathwork and powerful visualisation. With the sounds of nature all around, you’ll anchor through the breath, clear mental clutter, and cultivate inner calm, confidence, and focus.
Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing one-course lunch with a soft drink.

Meadow yoga is weather permitting, in case of rain this workshop will move indoors.
